| PEAK SPONSORS: As a major
contributor, the Peak Sponsor's logo/name will be displayed
prominently on advertising materials including the main event banner
used on-site on the day of the event. Logo/name will also appear on
signage at city-approved sites (number of signs to be determined).
Other advertising and promotional materials where logo/name will appear
prominently along with event logo will be the website, race participant
t-shirts and flyers that will be distributed through runner-related
events and retail shops. |

| SPONSOR BOOTHS: For Peak,
Platinum, Gold and Silver level sponsors, tables or booths (no tents)
can be set up to distribute business-related promotional materials. No
items can be sold at the event without the appropriate city-approved
permits. |

| DISTRIBUTION OF FUNDS: As
a non-profit organization ALL sponsorship fees will be used to host the
race event. These expenses include but are not limited to: City and
County permits, Police and EMT support on race day, first-aid stations,
road barricading, food vender permit, waste removal, portable toilets,
liability insurance, security deposit for Village Green Park,
advertising, online registration site fees, website fees, signage and
event banner, entertainment (including live band), t-shirts, awards and
food for the race participants.
Any remaining proceeds in excess of
event expenses will be donated to local charities after a nominal
amount is retained for working capital for subsequent year’s event.

| 3rd ANNUAL: Mountain
Racing, Inc. plans to make the Suncrest Mountain Race an annual event.
The length and configuration of the race may change depending on the
development of trails in the area. The Suncrest Mountain Race will be
in total compliance with all government rules and regulations. As a
sponsor in the first year of this race event, contributors will have
first right of refusal to participate as a sponsor at same level (Peak,
Platinum, Gold, Silver) for subsequent race events. Sponsorship
contribution amounts and benefits may change from year to year. |
